These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to the Vse Svoi mobile app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of the Service

Vse Svoi is an informational directory of businesses and professionals. The Service provides reference information only and is not a party to any agreement between you and listed businesses or individuals.

2. Catalog information

Listing data may be published:

from publicly available sources;
under a verbal or written agreement with the owner or professional, in compliance with applicable law, including civil law;
via an owner-submitted application through the “List your business” form.

We aim to keep information current but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or permanent availability of every listing.

3. Listing applications

By submitting a listing application, you confirm you are authorized to provide the information and agree to its processing under our Privacy Policy.

Listings may be delayed or rejected during moderation without detailed explanation if they do not meet Service rules or legal requirements.

4. Correction and removal

Owners, professionals, or other individuals featured in the catalog may request correction or removal of their information at any time.

5. Location services

If you enable location access, it is used only to show distance from your current position to business markers on the map and in listings (e.g. sorting or labels such as “X km from you”). Location is optional and can be turned off in device or app settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

use the Service for unlawful purposes;
submit false, abusive, or spam reports;
attempt to disrupt the Service or access data without authorization;
scrape or bulk-copy catalog content without our written consent, except as allowed by law.

7. User reports

Users may report inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate listing information via the form on each business card. We review reports and take moderation action within a reasonable time.

8. Maps

Map features may use Google Maps and are also subject to Google’s terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the quality of services offered by listed businesses, outcomes of your interactions with them, or temporary unavailability due to technical issues. Verify details directly with the business before relying on them.
