This Privacy Policy explains how the Vse Svoi mobile app and website (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) handle information about users and data shown in the business and professional directory.

1. About the Service

Vse Svoi is a local directory of businesses, professionals, and service providers. The Service provides informational access to business listings: name, category, contacts, address, description, and other details published in the catalog.

2. User data we process

We do not require account registration to browse the catalog. When you use the app, the following may be processed:

Selected city — stored locally on your device to personalize the catalog.
Favorites — stored locally on your device.
Location (geolocation) — only if you explicitly enable it in settings. Location is used exclusively to calculate and display distance between your current position and business markers on the map and in listings (e.g. “X km from you”). We do not use location for advertising, profiling, or sharing with third parties for marketing purposes.
Device identifier — an anonymous technical ID sent when you submit a report on a business listing, to help prevent abuse.
Business listing application — if you submit a “List your business” form: business name, category, city, address/district, phone, Telegram, and other contacts you provide.
Report / complaint text — if you use the report form on a business card.

We do not collect your name, email, or password as a catalog user unless you voluntarily provide contact details in an application or when contacting support.

3. Business listing data

Information in catalog listings may be published:

from publicly available sources;
based on a verbal or written agreement with the business owner or professional, in a manner that does not conflict with applicable law, including civil law provisions;
submitted by the owner through the “List your business” form in the app or on the website.

Such information may include business name, service description, phone, messengers, address, area, opening hours, and other contact or descriptive data needed to inform users.

4. Rights of business owners and professionals

Any person about whom information appears in the catalog may at any time:

request correction or removal of information about themselves or their business;
request restriction of display if information is outdated or inaccurate.

You may contact us via:

the report form on each business card in the app;
Contact administration in app Settings (phone, Telegram, email).

We review requests within a reasonable time and update, correct, or remove information when the request is valid.

5. Purposes of processing

providing access to the catalog and map;
showing distance from your location to business markers (when location is enabled);
moderating listing applications;
handling reports and support requests;
maintaining security and operation of the Service;
complying with applicable law.

6. Data retention

Application data, reports, and catalog content are stored on servers used to operate the Service for as long as needed for these purposes, or until deletion upon your request where required by law.

Local data on your device (city, favorites) remains on your device only and can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.

7. Third parties

We do not sell user personal data. Technical providers (hosting, maps) may process data on our behalf. Maps may be provided by Google Maps; Google’s processing is also governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

8. Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
